We’ve been filming wedding videos across the Dominican Republic for over 20 years. Long enough to know that no two couples want the same thing for their wedding video. Traditional Wedding Video
Some couples don’t want their wedding day reimagined, they want it preserved the way it unfolded. Our traditional wedding video follows a photojournalistic approach. A single camera accompanies you from the inside, capturing your day in the order it actually happened, from getting ready through the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and everything in between.
The editing keeps things clean and simple — no restructuring, just your day documented and sequenced chronologically into a long-form film that feels authentic. Twenty years from now when you sit down and press play you will be right back to where it all happened, hearing the voices, seeing the faces, reminiscing exactly how it all felt.
Our traditional video is ideal for couples who want a complete and faithful record of their destination wedding day.
Cinematography
Some couples want something that seems less like documentation and more like storytelling. That’s exactly what our cinematic option is for. Two to three cameras work in cohesion throughout the day, capturing the same moment from different angles at the same time. Your partner’s face as you walk towards them, your own expression reflected back, and the guests behind you reacting all at the same time. Nothing gets missed.
Everything comes together in the post-production — fast-paced shots with dramatic flair, deliberate pacing, and music chosen to move with the emotion of the day rather than sit on top of it. It doesn’t just show your wedding; it tells a story.
Our cinematic package comes with two deliverables. The full-length film gives you the complete day with depth and detail. And the emotionally driven highlight film that condenses everything into a few powerful minutes. The kind of edit that you will show at a dinner when someone asks how your wedding was.
If your budget allows it, this is the upgrade we recommend going for. The difference in how the day is told, how it feels to watch it back is something that is hard to put into words until you see it.
Where We Film
We film weddings all across the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Jamaica, Colombia, and other Caribbean countries. Our most popular destinations include the white sand beaches of Punta Cana, the exclusive gardens of Casa de Campo, the wild coastline of Samaná, and the dramatic cliffs of Cabrera. Every location has its own light and its own atmosphere, and we’ve spent twenty years learning how each one shapes a film.
In Mexico, we primarily work in Los Cabos, the Riviera Maya, and Tulum. In Jamaica most of our couples chose between Negril, Montego Bay, and Ocho Rios. Whether you’re planning an intimate elopement or a multi-day celebration, we bring the same care and preparation to every film.
