How do we plan our photography and videography before arriving at our destination?
Almost everything can be arranged before you arrive. We can meet by video call, answer any questions you may have, and help you choose the photography and videography package that best fits your celebration. That way, everything is already in place when you arrive, leaving you free to enjoy your wedding.
Do you photograph weddings of any size?
Yes. We photograph everything from intimate elopements and small destination weddings to large celebrations with hundreds of guests. The size and structure of your celebration simply help us recommend the coverage and team that best fit your wedding.
Can you cover weddings and events across several days?
Absolutely. Destination weddings often extend well beyond the wedding day, and we can build coverage around the entire celebration. This can include welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, the wedding itself, day-after sessions, farewell events, or any other moments you would like documented. We can create a custom combination of photography and videography based on your plans.
How do I reserve my wedding date?
Start by sending us an inquiry with your wedding date, venue, and a few details about your plans. We will confirm our availability and send you our photography and videography packages to review. Once you have selected the package that best fits your wedding, we will prepare and send your contract. Your date is officially reserved once we receive the signed contract and 30% retainer.
Do you work with a second photographer?
Yes. Some of our packages already include a second photographer. If the package you choose does not, you can add one separately. A second photographer can be especially useful for larger weddings, simultaneous getting-ready moments, or celebrations taking place across multiple locations.
Is travel/accommodation included in your pricing?
For most weddings in the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, and Mexico, travel and accommodation are already included in our pricing. For destinations outside these areas, any additional travel costs will depend on the location and logistics of the wedding. We will always confirm any additional costs with you before you book, so you know exactly what is included.
