How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 9 to 18 months ahead, and March through July fills first because those are the busiest wedding months here. If you want photography and film, book them together rather than adding one later. Both teams then plan around a single timeline and a single set of positions, which is far easier to arrange from the start than to fit in afterwards.
How do you capture the vows and speeches?
Close to the source. Vows, letters, and toasts are recorded with microphones placed near the voices rather than rescued from a distance in editing, and that natural audio becomes the spine of your film. It is the difference between watching your ceremony and hearing it again, and it is planned before the day, never improvised on it.
Can we add drone coverage to our wedding film?
Usually, yes, and it is one of our most requested add-ons. Whether aerial coverage is possible at your wedding depends on your destination’s regulations, your venue’s policy, and conditions on the day, so we confirm all three for your specific location before you book rather than promising it blind.
How long will the video be?
The final video length depends on the amount of coverage included in your package and the flow of your wedding day. Most wedding videos are between 15 and 40 minutes, with longer coverage usually allowing for a more complete film that includes more moments from the ceremony, speeches, reception, and celebration.
How long until we receive our wedding video?
Most couples receive their final video within four weeks. We know how excited you are to see your wedding video, so we also offer an express option that delivers your video in just two weeks. Contact us to add it to your package.
